Attendees (FAQ)

Who is Q4?

Q4 is an investor relations (IR) event provider who works with Broadridge to execute virtual shareholder meetings (VSM). Q4’s Event Platform simplifies the IR event experience into a unified meeting management (e.g., webcast, conference call, shareholder voting, and Q&A functionality) on a single Admin Console.

What is the difference between a Guest and Shareholder Attendee?

A Shareholder can vote, view the RSL, and take part in Q&A via the Attendee Console. Shareholders gain access to an event by entering a Control Number provided by Broadridge.

A Guest can view an event and does not have access to the Voting, RSL, or Q&A functionality on the Attendee Console. Additionally, Guests do not need to enter a Control Number when registering for an event.

The live event stream is buffering, what should I do?

The issue, most likely, would have to do with a slow internet speed. Check your internet speed here (or use any other internet speed test service): http://speedtest.net/

Additionally, ensure your network and hardware requirements fit the minimum specifications.

I cannot hear anything during a live event, what should I do?

Click the SETTINGS button on the bottom-left of the Attendee Console. Ensure your audio settings have been configured correctly and that your computer’s volume has been turned up.

Alternatively, if listening through a Bluetooth speaker, check to see if a connection to your computer has been established. If there is still no audio, try using a different audio output device such as wired headphones.

Will there be a recording of the event?

It depends on the company package that was purchased for a VSM. If a recording is made available, it will be on the website on the link used to join an event. Attendees will automatically be redirected to the recordings page after an event or when accessing the event link in the future.
